You can set Attributes on a user which can be utilized in Reporting or downstream events or workflows. Attributes are similar to Key Value pairs with an Attribute name as the key and Attribute value as the Value.
On the left navigation panel, then click Users.
- Select a user in the Users list.
- Select + Add Attribute button.
- Set an Attribute name (ex Department)
- Set an Attribute value (ex Logistics)
- Click the Checkbox to save or the X to cancel the new attribute.
Edit
- To Edit an Attribute, click the Pen icon next to the Attribute
- Click the Checkbox to save or the X to cancel changes.
Delete
- To Delete an Attribute, click the Trashcan icon next to the Attribute.
- Confirm Yes | No
