You can move or copy a file to another folder. You can also move or copy an entire folder to another folder.
You cannot move or copy a file while viewing the file. Must be done from folder level.
Click Files in the side panel. (If Files is not shown, see Customize the Side Panel for details on how to add it.)
In the Files list, select the files and/or folders you want to move or copy. You can select multiple items if they are going to the same location.
If you want to move the files and/or folders to another folder, click Move in the toolbar.

If you want to copy the files and/or folders to another folder, click Copy in the toolbar.
- In the Destination area, select whether the destination folder is in the Files list, a Workspace, or your Favourites list.
- On the right, select the folder where you want to move or copy the files and/or folders.
- On the bottom left, click Advanced to access options:
- Copy As PDF: When the Copy as PDF option is enabled, the files will be copied and saved in the destination as PDFs. This is the manual action of the Copy Item event option to Copy As PDF.
- Copy Issues: When the Copy Issues option is enabled, all Issues and their related Markups will be copied to the new file. The new Issues will not be synchronized from their source Issues in the source file.
- Click Move or Copy.
