Purpose: When triggered, will move an item to a new folder.
Example:
In the example below, the Move Item action can be used to move items to an Archive folder when a document has reached the end of its lifecycle and its status has changed to complete.
Specifying the destination folder
With the path variable specified above as /Archive, files will move to a folder titled 'Archive' within the 'Home' folder (Home/Archive). Relative paths can also be used. Alternatively, the Destination Folder ID can be specified. Both the Path and Destination Folder ID fields can be defined either explicitly or dynamically through expressions.
