You can create a status by cloning an existing status and then modifying it.

 

To work with email templates, go to the left navigation Panel, clickand select Statuses 

 

  1. Select a status in the Statuses list.
  2. Click , then click Clone Status. A copy of the status is added to the Statuses list.

You can now modify the cloned status. For details, see Edit a Status.
