You can delete a workflow that you no longer need. This only deletes the workflow template and does not delete active workflows.

Note  If you want to temporarily prevent a workflow from being activated, disable the workflow instead of deleting it. For details, see Disable a Workflow.

 

  1. In the Workflows list, select a workflow.
  2. Click the ellipses then click Delete Workflow.
  3. Click OK to confirm.
