You can modify saved annotations for a document by moving and deleting them. You can also edit saved text annotations. You can’t modify an annotation’s size, shape, or color.

 

Click Files in the side panel. (If Files is not shown, see Customize the Side Panel for details on how to add it.)


  1. Open a file.

  2. In the Versions panel, click  beside a version to view the annotations.

  3. Click an annotations PDF.

  4. In the toolbar, click Modify.

  5. Add, modify, and delete the annotations as needed. For details, see Create Annotations.

  6. In the toolbar, click Save.
